Evan Meister is a Managing Director of Slate Asset Management, overseeing North American equity investments for the firm. In his role, Evan is responsible for originating and executing acquisitions throughout Canada and the U.S.

Evan brings over two decades of real estate and investing experience to Slate’s equity originations and portfolio management in Canada and the U.S. Prior to joining Slate, Evan spent 10 years at Convexity Properties, a DRW Company, where he was responsible for origination and development of hotel, office, and multi-family projects across the U.S.

Evan holds an Honors of Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science, Biology from Western University.
