Shane Bowler joined Slate in 2023 and is an Associate on the Investor Solutions team based in New York. In this role, Shane supports both deal management and distribution, assisting with all functions related to capital formation. Shane also serves on the firm’s Technology Committee, assisting with the implementation of Slate’s AI functionality and creating technological efficiencies across the platform.

Prior to joining Slate, Shane was a Manager Research Assistant at Prelude Capital, where he was responsible for researching and conducting diligence on U.S. equity and credit funds in order to make a capital allocation to their strategies.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colgate University and currently holds Series 63 and Series 7 licenses.
