Leon joined Slate in 2023. He is responsible for overseeing the European Private Equity Finance Team.

Prior to Slate, Leon was Group Financial Controller at BC Partners in London, with responsibilities across all aspects of financial reporting, operations and financial planning and analysis. Prior to this, Leon was a Finance Manager in KKR in London. Leon started his career in the Financial Services Assurance practise at PwC Dublin. 

Leon is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and a Master of Accountancy from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
