Niklas joined Slate in 2024 and is currently involved in the management of Slate’s European portfolio, as well as evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities across Europe.

Prior to joining Slate, Niklas was working on the Investment and Finance Team of x+bricks and worked closely with the management board of x+bricks on the €1B sale of 188 grocery-anchored properties to affiliates of the Slate European Essential Real Estate Income Fund.

Niklas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau.
