Jeremy is a VP of Asset Management who joined Slate in 2018.  Jeremy oversees the Asset Management of the Slate Office REIT Atlantic portfolio as well as other Slate initiatives in Atlantic Canada.  Jeremy’s responsibilities include the oversight of leasing professionals, third party property management professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets, and the execution and approval of capital spending and leasing programs.  Jeremy brings extensive experience to asset management and a unique level of skill and understanding of the deal making process.

Prior to Slate Jeremy was with CBRE Limited specializing in office, industrial and retail leasing on both sides of the negotiating table.

Jeremy holds a degree from Western University (UWO).
