A New Architectural Landmark
Toronto will soon be home to One Delisle — the first building in Canada designed by visionary architect, Jeanne Gang. Located in the heart of midtown-Toronto’s upscale Yonge & St. Clair neighborhood and surrounded by Canada’s most luxurious homes in Deer Park, Rosedale, Forest Hill and Moore Park, One Delisle is breaking from convention and refreshing Toronto’s skyline. The 47-storey residential condominium building begins as a square podium and spirals upward to become a 16-sided structure. The rhythmic exterior maximizes natural light, views, and outdoor living for residents.
