Cedric joined Slate in 2023.

Prior to joining Slate, Cedric served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer stationed at Beachmaster Unit TWO where he led the command’s communications division. Cedric previously served onboard the USS CARTER HALL (LSD-50), USS OAK HILL (LSD-51), and USS MASON (DDG-87) where he led the ships’ weapons and auxiliary divisions.

While serving in the Navy, Cedric obtained his Virginia real estate license and joined Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty where his mission was to educate and assist service members in their home buying process.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
