Des Vindici is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets of Slate Asset Management. In his role, Des oversees the Slate Capital Markets Desk, which centralizes, facilitates, and optimizes all debt capital market activities across Slate globally. Des is responsible for originating new investment opportunities and ensuring best-in-class execution of financing initiatives for both new originations and existing investments across Slate verticals.

Prior to joining Slate, Des held various roles at Wells Fargo with extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, securitization, and structured product trading / asset management per a credit-driven $90B CMBS/CRE Debt, SFR, SLAB and CLO portfolio. Previously, Des held various commercial real estate development positions and worked for the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations committee.

Des graduated with Honors from Denison University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
