Shirmeen joined Slate in 2017. She currently works on the Slate Advisors team and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and monthly cash flow management of Slate’s Core and Core-plus assets.

Prior to joining Slate, Shirmeen spent 8 years working in Finance and Accounting in the manufacturing industry.

Shirmeen is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Toronto.
