We invest in opportunistic and value-add real estate across all asset classes in North America and Europe. We focus on single asset repositioning or redevelopment, cyclical investment opportunities and portfolio opportunities. We put our fundamental value investing philosophy to work by acquiring assets that others overlook at an attractive basis and applying our hands-on asset management expertise.

Our core-plus and income strategies target the acquisition of cash-yielding, stabilized essential real estate assets in North America and Europe that are critical to the supply chain, such as grocery, healthcare assets, and affiliated warehouses and logistics centers.
